What is biofeedback?
Biofeedback is a mind-body technique that uses real-time responses to help you improve your health. The system I use is the Quest 9.
In person, sensors connect to your wrists, ankles and forehead. The device sends low-level electrical pulses at different frequencies through these sensors, then reads electrical responses at your skin. The software shows the readings on screen, helping me choose the programs we use in the session. Put simply: send a signal, read the response, personalize the session.
How does it compare with Rife?
Rife-style frequency generators without biofeedback rely on the practitioner to select frequencies, using the person’s concerns, experience and preset protocols—an educated choice about which programs to use.
Quest 9 adds a feedback loop. It sends electrical signals through sensors and measures the skin’s electrical responses. Those readings help guide which frequency programs we select for your session. This adds a layer of measured feedback and personalization beyond manually choosing a preset frequency program.
What happens in a session?
We start by talking about how you feel and what you want to focus on. You then relax while the device takes an initial reading, which usually takes around five minutes.
You relax while the device runs frequency programs selected using your feedback readings. After your session, you receive a personalized PDF report. We go through it together on a free online follow-up call, where I explain the readings, answer your questions and discuss practical recommendations.

Duration, price & booking
A biofeedback session is 90 minutes and costs €150. Your personalized PDF report and a free online follow-up call to review it together are included.
